Refund policy

Sometimes things don't work out, if you need to return your item(s), fear not, we’ve made it as painless as possible. We have a standard 14 day returns policy, allowing you to return any unused item within 30 days of purchase.

For orders made within the UK, you can email us at info@loveincsnowboardcompany.com or use the online return form to return your item to us. 

If you are returning products in different orders, these must be sent separately and not in the same return package. 

Whichever way you're returning your product, it must be securely packaged using additional packaging on top of the original product packaging, to ensure it is resaleable when the product is returned to us - delivery labels are attached by couriers to the packaging, so additional packaging is essential.

Please note, as per our Terms & Conditions, all returned goods and their packaging must be in brand new pristine condition, suitable for re-sale to another customer. Labels must be attached to the product. Damaged packaging will only be accepted if the damage was the minimum amount necessary to open the package and inspect the goods or if the damage was caused in transit. Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and swimwear must have the hygiene strip in tact. 

In addition, if you receive the wrong item, but decide to use it anyway, then you are accepting the item and we are unable to provide a refund as it has now been used.

Faulty & Damaged Items
Unfortunately, these things do happen from time to time. If you have received an item which has a problem, please email us at info@loveincsnowboardcompany.com and we'll let you know the best way to get the item back to us, or arrange a replacement for you. Please do not return the item using our portal until you have spoken to us.
